摘要
阐述了某有轨电车的编组设计及列车制动技术。通过对有轨电车的牵引与制动性能的测试,分析了牵引变流器的电压与电流、车辆加速度与速度、制动缸压力等运行安全关键参数指标。研究了车辆分别通过直道与弯道时,电制动力和气制动力的分配顺序、各基础制动单元的制动力分配关系,以及引起牵引变流器的电压、电流变化的因素。
The formation design and train braking technology of a certain tram are introduced.Through a test of tram’s traction and braking performances,the key security parameters of tram are analyzed,including voltage and current of the traction converter,vehicle acceleration and speed,as well as brake cylinder pressure.The distribution order of electric braking force and pneumatic braking force,the braking force distribution relationship of each basic braking unit when the tram vehicle passes through straight and curve sections,the factors that cause changes of traction converter voltage and current are studied.
