疫情背景下中职班主任工作“五心”探讨

Discussion on the“Five Hearts”of the Work of the Class Teacher in Secondary Vocational Schools under the Background of Epidemic

伴随着国内职业教育改革进程的深入人心,中职教育也成为培养技术型人才的重要环节,而中职班主任工作内容是整个中职教育人才培养的核心,因此也受到了社会各界的关注。但是随着疫情的突然到来,中职班主任的管理和教学工作带来了巨大的压力。文中简要论述了疫情背景下,中职班主任教师如何运用“五心”的方式来落实班级的管理工作,并通过爱心,耐心、细心、责任心、平常心这几个方面深入探索了中职班主任工作在疫情防控期间的施行办法,为广大一线教育工作者提供参考、借鉴。

With the deepening of the domestic vocational education reform process,secondary vocational education has also become an important part of cultivating technical talents.The work content of secondary vocational class teachers is the core of the entire secondary vocational education talent training,so it has also received attention from all walks of life.But with the sudden arrival of the epidemic,the management and teaching work of secondary vocational class teachers has tremendous pressure.The article briefly discusses how secondary vocational class teachers can use the“five hearts”method to implement class management under the background of the epidemic,and explore the secondary vocational class teachers through love,patience,carefulness,responsibility,and common sense.The implementation methods of work during the epidemic prevention and control period provide reference for the majority of front-line educators.
