摘要 本文从海西经济区汽车后市场人才需求出发,以汽车营销岗位综合职业能力培养为核心,构建基于“1+X”证书制度的汽车营销与服务专业课证融通课程体系;并在教师、教材、教学三个方面进行改革和探索,取得了一定的成效。 Starting from the demand for talents in the automotive aftermarket in the Haixi Economic Zone,this article focuses on the comprehensive professional ability training of automotive marketing positions,and builds a curriculum system for automotive marketing and service professional certificate integration based on the“1+X”certificate system;reforms and explorations were made in the three aspects of teachers,teaching materials and teaching,and certain results were achieved.
