基于学生职业能力提升的中高本衔接培养策略研究——以汽车专业为例

摘要 中高职的衔接培养模式是我国高职百万扩招背景下中高职在教育发展中的重要通道,学生的培养质量是重中之重。文章分析了中高职衔接中学生职业能力问题之所在,形成原因及解决措施;论述了基于学生职业能力提升的中高本衔接培养策略研究的思路和实践,及学生职业能力培养的实践过程。 The connection training model of secondary and higher vocational education is an important channel for the development of education in the background of the expansion of one million vocational education in China and the quality of student training is the most important thing.The article analyzes the problem of the vocational competence of high school students,the reasons and solutions,discusses the thinking and practice of the training strategy research based on the improvement of vocational competence of students,and the practical process of cultivating students'professional competence.
