仓储在大米加工过程中主要用于原粮及大米的储存,是加工生产线的主要储存手段之一,通风方法及方式是仓储的主要研究方向。本文从凉米仓的组装式和通风入手,深入分析了凉米仓通风与大米降温和除湿的关系,并从凉米仓的设计、制作方面提出了提高凉米仓通风效果,降低碎米率的方法和措施,为同行和相关谷物加工企业提供参考。

Storage is mainly used for the storage of raw grain and rice in the process of rice processing,and it is one of the main storage means of processing production line.Ventilation method and mode is the main research direction of storage.This design starts with the assembly and ventilation of the cool rice bin,analyzes the relationship between the ventilation and the cooling and dehumidification of the rice bin,and puts forward the methods and measures to improve the ventilation effect and reduce the broken rice rate from the design and production of the cool rice bin,so as to provide reference for the peers and grain processing enterprises.
