摘要
本文主要分析当前中储粮山西分公司辖区内基层检验人员现状,然后在分析、总结的基础上提出应对措施方法,并对山西分公司辖区检验员年龄结构、性别比例以及晋升途径进行分析。结果显示:辖区内检验人员数量占仓储从业人员总数的10%;从检验人员走向管理岗位的人员数量占管理人员总数的1.6%;检验员中男性占88%、女性占12%,取得职称的人数占检验员总数的2%。这表明当前检验员总体年龄结构偏大,工作强度增加,发展较为局限。针对这一现状,建议各直属企业根据各自情况,采取不同措施,打破旧局面,适应新形势。
This article mainly analyzes the current status of primary-level inspectors in the Shanxi branch of China National Grain Reserves,and then proposes countermeasures based on analysis and summary,and analyzes the age structure,gender ratio and promotion channels of inspectors in the Shanxi branch.The results showed that the number of inspectors in the jurisdiction accounted for 10%of the total number of warehousing employees;the number of personnel from inspectors to management positions accounted for 1.6%of the total number of managers;among the inspectors,88%were males and 12%were females.Those who have obtained professional titles The number accounts for 2%of the total number of inspectors.This shows that the current inspector’s overall age structure is too large,the work intensity is increasing,and the development is relatively limited.In view of this situation,it is recommended that all directly affiliated enterprises take different measures according to their own circumstances to break the old situation and adapt to the new situation..
