摘要
人工繁育南酸枣,幼苗嫁接时间在立春前后,南方的春季多雨水,雨天无法在田间实施嫁接作业,切口易受雨水污染嫁接成活率低。本试验南酸枣脱土嫁接技术在南酸枣良种繁育中的应用,以解决南酸枣嫁接不受天气影响,嫁接时节能连续作业从而提高工作效率。通过繁育嫁接试验对比:单人日嫁接量、嫁接苗成活率(合格苗出圃率)、苗圃土地利用率(每667 m2圃地苗木面积)3项数据。结果试验组的单人日嫁接数量比对照组提高32.67%~34.78%、嫁接后成活率比对照组提高14.10%~26.67%。苗圃土地利用率比对照组增加16.18%~25.71%。试验表明:果用南酸枣脱土繁育嫁接技术在南酸枣良种繁育生产应用中效率提高显著,具有较强的推广价值。
In artificial propagation of Choerospondias Axillaris,grafting of young seedling should be conducted around the beginning of spring when there is heavy rain in southern China.In rainy days it will fail to graft because survival rate is low when cut is easily polluted by rain.In this experiment,grafting of bare root seedling of Choerospondias Axillaris was used to propagate good varieties in order to eliminate pollution and continuously graft in rainy days and then improve grafting efficiency.Grafted seedling number per day for a worker,survival rate of grated seedling(Qualified Seedling)and land utility rate in seedling nursery were compared.The results showed that grafted seedling number per day for a worker was higher than that of control by 32.67%~34.78%,survival rate of grated seedling was higher than that of control by 14.10%~26.67%and land utility rate in seedling nursery was higher than that of control by 16.18%~25.71%.It is indicated that grafting of bare root seedling of Choerospondias Axillaris for fruit could improve grafting efficiency and has high popularization potential.
