芪鹿补血颗粒在宫颈癌同步放化疗中的作用研究

Study on the effect of Qilu Buxue granule on concurrent chemoradiotherapy for cervical cancer

目的探讨芪鹿补血颗粒在宫颈癌同步放化疗中的作用。方法选取2019年4月1至9月1日在该中心行宫颈癌同步放化疗患者40例,根据是否口服芪鹿补血颗粒分为观察组和对照组,各20例。观察两组患者血红蛋白(Hb)及生活质量(QOL)情况。结果同步放化疗后,观察组患者Hb水平及QOL评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论芪鹿补血颗粒在宫颈癌同步放化疗中具有显著辅助治疗作用,可升高Hb水平,改善贫血,提高患者QOL,值得临床推广使用并进一步观察其应用的远期疗效。

Objective To explore the effect of Qilu Buxue granule on concurrent chemoradiotherapy for cervical cancer.Methods Forty patients with cervical cancer undergoing concurrent chemoradiotherapy in the department from April 1 to September 1,2019 were selected,according to whether or not oral Qilu Buxue granule were divided into observation group and control group,20 cases in each group.The changes of hemoglobin(Hb)and quality of life(QOL)were observed in the two groups.Results After concurrent chemoradiotherapy,the Hb level and QOL scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Qilu Buxue granule has a significant adjuvant effect in concurrent chemoradiotherapy for cervical cancer,it can increase Hb,improve anemia,and improve patients′QOL.It is worth popularizing and further observing the long-term effect of its application in clinic.
