Preventive Countermeasures of Road Traffic Accidents Caused by Driver Factor

道路交通事故是人、车、路在特定环境中失衡的结果,运用现代科技手段从驾驶人管理的角度预防道路交通事故,是当前预防道路交通事故最为行之有效的方法。首先分析了我国道路交通事故及驾驶人管理的现状,并对由于驾驶人因素导致交通事故的成因进行分析,进而提出提高驾驶人的驾驶技术及应对突发情况的处置能力、提高驾驶人的交通安全法治观念、实现多部门数据共享,健全“病驾”管理机制、加大对道路交通事故肇事者的处罚力度、完善驾驶人学习考试的前置管理等一系列对策建议,以期减少道路交通事故的发生。

Road traffic accidents are the result of the imbalance of people,cars and roads in a specific environment.Using modern scientific and technological means to prevent road traffic accidents from the perspective of driver management,which is the most effective method to prevent road traffic accidents at present.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current situation of road traffic accidents and driver management in China,and analyzes the causes of traffic accidents caused by driver factors,and then puts forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions to improve driver’s driving technology and ability to deal with emergencies,improve driver’s concept of traffic safety and rule of law,realize multi-department data sharing,perfect the management mechanism of“sick driving”,increase the punishment of road traffic accident perpetrators,and perfect the pre-management of driver’s study examination,in order to reduce the occurrence of road traffic accidents.
