劫持人质案件中语言沟通能力训练方法研究

Study on Training Method of Language Communication Ability in Hostage Robbery

在处置劫持人质案件中,谈判发挥重要作用,备受关注。有效稳妥处置劫持人质案件是公安机关义不容辞的责任。当前对于劫持人质案件谈判语言沟通的理论研究尚不完善,缺乏谈判语言方法训练研究。针对上述问题,提出了训练和提高谈判人员语言沟通能力的方法,主要包括训练谈判人员的倾听能力、心理博弈能力、获得信息能力和对劫持者话语动机的判断能力,不断提高谈判水平和处置劫持案件的效率,赢得更好的社会效果,保证社会和谐稳定。

In dealing with these hostage-taking cases,crisis negotiations have played a major role and received wide attention.It is incumbent on the public security organs to deal with hostage-taking cases effectively and safely.The current research on hostage negotiation language communication theory is not perfect,lack of negotiation language methods and skills training research.In response to the above problems,we propose ways to explore the training and improvement of negotiators’language communication skills,including training negotiators’listening ability,training negotiators’game ability,training the negotiators’obtaining information ability and negotiators’judging ability in order to improve the level of negotiation and the efficiency of handling hijacking cases,win much better social effects,and ensure social harmony and stability.
