摘要
通过显微镜和能谱分析,观察球铁渣气孔和显微缩松的微观特征,找出种差别并分析了形成缺陷的原因;提出的防止缺陷产生的措施,能有效地控制和减少废品的产生,提高了铸件合格率。
By the means of microscope and energy spectrum analysis,the microscopic characteristics of porosity and apparent porosity of nodular iron slag blowhole were observed,and the differences were found out and the causes of defects were analyzed,proposed measures to prevent the occurrence of defects,it can efectively control and reduce the production of waste products,improved the casting qualifcation rate.
