摘要
3D打印作为一种新的制造技术在铸造样件或单品铸件领域应用优势凸显。采用3D打印技术实现形状复杂叶轮铸件砂型的直接打印成形,结合模拟仿真技术成功开发出叶轮体样件,无需投入高额模具制作费用,较大地缩短样件开发周期,实现样件的快速开发。
As a new manufacturing technology,3 D printing has prominent advantages in the field of casting samples or single castings.3 D printing sand mold and simulation technology are used to realize the direct printing of sand mold of complex impeller body casting,and the impeller sample is successfully developed.3 D printing sand mold does not need to invest in high cost of mold making,greatly shortens sample development cycle,and realizes rapid sample development.
