铸铁件捣冒口工艺实践

摘要 针对使用明顶冒口的球铁铸件经常在冒口与铸件连接处出现缩孔缩松缺陷的问题,开发了一种捣冒口工艺,即人为给冒口中的铁液加力,通过这个力上下不断捣动,带动整个铸件铁液的流动,对铸件进行有效补缩,达到降低材料、能源消耗、节约成本,提高铸件内在质量的效果。此方法在阀门铸铁件上的实践验证了效果良好。 Aimed at Ming top riser of the ductile iron castings often appear in riser with casting porosity shrinkage defect problem,developed a dao riser technology,to which a man at the mouth of liquid iron strength,through the force constant dao,up and down the whole casting iron liquid fow,to efectively the feeding of casting,to reduce the material,the energy consumption,cost savings,improve the quality of the casting internal efect.The practice of this method on valve cast iron shows that the efect is good.
