摘要
本文提出用循环冷却水代替冰袋控制超声浸提水浴温度,确定最佳离心条件为转速8500r/min,离心时间5min。方法改进后检出限为0.30mg/kg,相对误差RE在-4.18%~4.66%,精密度RSD为2.33%~4.93%。操作简便、重现性好,可用于批量地球化学样品快速检测。
In this paper,using circulating cooling water instead of ice bag control ultrasonic extraction water bath temperature,the optimum centrifugation conditions for speed 8500 r/min,the centrifugal time 5 min.The detection limit was 0.30mg/kg,the RE was-4.18%~4.66%,and the RSD was 2.33%~4.93%.It is easy to operate and reproducible,and can be used for rapid detection of batch geochemical samples.
