摘要
探索从芳樟醇釜残液中提取甲基丁香酚,实验表明,芳樟醇釜残液因精馏操作的不同,成分相差较大。磷酸酸水层加入两倍体积的蒸馏水后加入一倍体积的石油醚,可分离得到樟脑,对磷酸萃取的油层中,先加入2%的氢氧化钠,再加入10%的氢氧化钠,水层酸化后用乙醚萃取可得到纯度97.54%的甲基丁香酚。
To explore the extraction of methyl eugenol from the residue of linalool kettle.The experiment shows that the composition of the residue of linalool kettle varies greatly due to the different distillation operation.Camphor can be obtained by adding twice the volume of distilled water to the water layer of phosphoric acid and then adding twice the volume of petroleum ether.The purity of 97.54%methyl eugenol was obtained by adding 2%sodium hydroxide and 10%sodium hydroxide.
