Flotation Practice of Anthracite in Yangquan Mining Area

大阳泉洗煤厂隶属于南庄煤炭集团有限责任公司大阳泉矿井,洗煤厂于1997年建成,设计入洗能力30万吨/年,采用跳汰洗选工艺。为适应矿井原煤产量逐年提高,选煤厂分别于2004年、2009年两次对主洗设备进行技术改造并补套、改造浮选工艺,将系统处理能力提高至200万吨/年,截至目前,系统运行良好。是阳泉矿区唯一采用浮选工艺的选煤厂。

Dayangquan coal washing plant is subordinate to Dayangquan mine of Nanzhuang Coal Group Co.,Ltd.It was built in 1997 with a designed washing capacity of 300000 tons/year and adopting jig washing process.In order to adapt to the annual increase of raw coal output of the mine,the coal preparation plant carried out technical transformation of the main washing equipment in 2004 and 2009 respectively,supplemented the set and reformed the flotation process,raising the system processing capacity to 2 million tons/year.Up to now,the system has operated well.It is the only coal preparation plant adopting flotation technology in Yangquan mining area.
