摘要
液化天然气(LNG)冷能是一种清洁能源,LNG冷能的回收利用对能源节约应用有着举足轻重的作用。在传统方式中,发电是一种常见的有效利用LNG冷能一种的方式,在传统工艺中,一般用单机冷凝的方式来应对发电过程中的热力循环,这种方式中介质比较纯正并且有等温相变过程,而在这过程的等温相变过程与LNG汽化过程温度匹配不佳,导致LNG冷能发电效率低,高效的燃气轮机及联合循环设备对LNG冷能的利用能力带来的经济效益和社会效益是巨大的。本文为了研究LNG冷能利用对联合循环机组性能的影响,首先从LNG冷能利用方式及特点进行分析,随后介绍了燃气-蒸汽联合循环,并且重点介绍了此循环中涉及到的LNG冷能。
Liquefied natural gas(LNG)cold energy is a kind of clean energy,and the recycling of LNG cold energy plays an important role in energy saving application.In the traditional way,power generation is a common way to effectively utilize LNG cold energy.In the traditional process,single-machine condensation is generally used to deal with the thermodynamic cycle in the power generation process.In this way,the medium is pure and has isothermal phase change process,but the temperature matching between isothermal phase change process and LNG vaporization process is not good,which leads to low efficiency of LNG cold energy power generation.The economic and social benefits brought by efficient gas turbine and combined cycle equipment are huge.In order to study the influence of LNG cold energy utilization on the performance of combined cycle units,this paper first analyzes the utilization mode and characteristics of LNG cold energy,then introduces the gas-steam combined cycle,and focuses on the LNG cold energy involved in this cycle.
