摘要
随着我国经济快速的发展,对于金属材料的需求也越来越多,金属行业也在快速的发展。在金属行业中,对于金属的处理大多数都应用了热处理的方法,通过对金属进行退火、正火等各项加工来获得所需要的金属材料性能。虽然对金属材料进行热处理有非常多的优势,但在处理过程中还是存在较多的问题,其中对于电能的消耗就是最突出的。为了解决这个问题,许多热处理新技能,也相继推出。本文针对金属热处理现状进行分析,并介绍金属热处理节能新技术以及在金属行业中的应用,希望可以为我国金属热处理行业朝着节能环保方向的发展有所帮助。
With the rapid development of China’s economy,the demand for metal materials is increasing,and the metal industry is also developing rapidly.In the metal industry,most of the metals are treated by heat treatment,and the required properties of metal materials are obtained by annealing,normalizing and other processes.Although there are many advantages in heat treatment of metal materials,there are still many problems in the treatment process,among which the consumption of electric energy is the most prominent.In order to solve this problem,many new heat treatment skills have been introduced.In this paper,the current situation of metal heat treatment is analyzed,and the new energy-saving technology of metal heat treatment and its application in metal industry are introduced,hoping to help the development of China’s metal heat treatment industry towards energy conservation and environmental protection.
