摘要 我国的煤炭资源多以厚煤层的形式存在于地下,综采放顶煤的开采方式在我国煤炭的开采中具有广泛的应用。采放步距是进行放顶煤开采的重要参数,对于提升煤层的采出率进而提高煤矿的生产效率具有重要的作用。采用PFC软件对不同步距下的煤层采放状态进行分析,结果显示,在一采一放步距为0.6m条件下的放煤速度场分布较为一致,速度方向指向放煤口,放煤顺畅;在采放步距增加的过程中,采出率呈现逐渐减小的趋势,在一采一放步距为0.6m条件下的采出率最高。 China’s coal resources mostly exist underground in the form of thick coal seams,and the fully mechanized top-coal caving mining method is widely used in China’s coal mining.Coal caving step distance is an important parameter for top-coal caving mining,which plays an important role in improving the recovery rate of coal seam and improving the production efficiency of coal mine.The PFC software is used to analyze the coal seam mining and caving state under the unsynchronized distance.The results show that the distribution of coal caving velocity field is relatively consistent under the condition of one mining and one caving step distance of 0.6m,and the speed direction points to the coal caving port,so the coal caving is smooth.With the increase of mining and releasing step,the recovery rate is gradually decreasing,and the recovery rate is the highest when the mining and releasing step is 0.6m.
