摘要
无功功率控制的不平衡是造成配网不稳定的重要因素,并联无功补偿设备可有效提升配网静态电压稳定裕度。论文论述了无功补偿对静态电压稳定性的影响机理,分析了适用于提高配网静态电压稳定性的并联补偿设备选址方法。并联无功补偿设备的输出特性影响静态电压稳定性的控制,文章分析了并联电容器组、静止无功补偿器、静止同步无功补偿器的输出特性;并通过Matlab/SIMULINL搭建的IEEE-14节点系统分析和验证了三种并联补偿设备性能对静态电压稳定性的影响。
Main factor causing voltage instability is the inability of the power system to maintain a proper balance of reactive power control.The shunt compensating devices could improve the static voltage stability by flexible reactive power control.The mechanism of the static voltage stability improvement using reactive power compensation is analyzed in the paper,and a location op⁃timization method for improving the static voltage stability margin is analyzed.Moreover,the improvement control of static voltage stability is influenced by the output performance of the reactive power compensators.And the output reactive performance of shunt capacitors,Static VAR compensators and static synchronous compensators is analyzed in the paper.Furthermore,the performance of static voltage stability with the three shunt compensating devices has been verified and compared by the IEEE 14bus test system.
