摘要
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,为了满足餐饮行业对食品快速冷冻越来越高的需求,设计出一种食品快速冷冻装置,为了提高冷冻后的食品品质,设计出一种通过BP神经网络PID算法控制的温度控制系统,系统以STM32F429为控制核心,引用BP神经网络PID控制算法,采用NTC热敏电阻、桥式电路以及AD12864组成的温度采集模块检测快速冷冻装置箱体内的食品温度,通过PWM控制压缩机冷冻以达到精确控制温度的目的。
With the continuous improvement of people's living standards,in order to meet the increasing demand of fast food freezing in catering industry,a fast food freezing device is designed.In order to improve the quality of frozen food,a temperature control system controlled by BP neural network PID algorithm is designed.The system takes STM32F429 as the control core,uses BP neural network PID control algorithm,and adopts NTC.The temperature acquisition module which is composed of thermistor,bridge circuit and AD12864 detects the food temperature in the box of the fast freezing device,and controls the refrigeration of the compressor by PWM to achieve the purpose of precise temperature control.
