摘要
为了实现钮扣次品的在线视觉检测,论文设计出适用于钮扣次品在线检测的皮带传送系统,要求控制皮带运转的无刷直流电机转速非常平稳并且皮带能够匀速、稳定的运行,不出现皮带打滑现象。论文从无刷直流电机的数学模型出发,提出了一种基于S函数的无刷直流电机建模仿真方法,利用Matlab/Simulink平台,详细介绍和分析无刷直流电机各个模块的组成并把独立的功能模块和S函数相结合,构建了无刷直流电机系统的仿真模型。利用该模型得到了带皮带传送系统负载时电机运行的转速、转矩、相电流、反电动势和PWM曲线,仿真结果与理论分析一致,验证了该模型建立的可靠性和准确性。
In order to realize the online visual inspection of button defective products,this paper designs a belt conveying sys⁃tem suitable for on-line detection of button defective products.The brushless DC motor that controls the belt running is very stable and the belt can run at a constant speed and stable without appearing the belt slips.Based on the mathematical model of brushless DC motor,this paper proposes a modeling and simulation method of brushless DC motor based on S function.Using Matlab/Simulink platform,the composition of each module of brushless DC motor is introduced and analyzed in detail and independent.The simula⁃tion model of the brushless DC motor system is constructed by combining the function module and the S function.The rotational speed,torque,phase current,back electromotive force and PWM curve of the motor running with the belt conveyor system load are obtained by the model.The simulation results are consistent with the theoretical analysis,and the reliability and accuracy of the model are verified.
