有源配电网多端口统一电能质量控制器

摘要 论文提出了一种适用于有源配电网的多端口统一电能质量控制器(unified power quality conditioner,UPQC)的接入结构及协调控制方法。该新型UPQC接入结构为各线路首端以及母联接入动态电压补偿器,且各动态电压补偿器共用直流链电容,并且仅由一台有源滤波器为其提供有功支撑。该UPQC可综合补偿线路各节点电压跌落/暂升,有效改善有源配电网用户电压偏差问题;变压器并供运行时,通过多端口UPQC的母联动态电压补偿器有效均衡变压器的出力。多端口UPQC可直接装设在变电站内部,并且该接入结构可有效节省储能装置以及有源滤波器的数量,具有良好的经济性和实用性。文章详述了该UPQC的工作原理,提出了适用于多端口UPQC的优化协调控制算法。最后搭建了Matlab/Simulink仿真系统,证明了系统运行的有效性和可行性。 This paper proposes a multi-port unified power quality conditioner(UPQC)and its control strategy for the active distribution network.The novel UPQC is composed of dynamic voltage restorer(DVR)connected into each head of feeder lines and the interbus,and only one active power filter(APF)is connected into the bus to power the DVRs.The UPQC can compensate the nodes voltage deviation and balance the output power of the transformer in parallel supply mode.The multi-port UPQC with good economy and practicability can be directly installed in the substation and save the number of dc-link capacitors and APFs.The pa⁃per explains working principle of the UPQC and proposes an optimal coordinated control algorithm for multi-port UPQC.Further⁃more,the performance of proposed UPQC system for active distribution network has been verified by Matlab/Simulink.
