摘要
基于自我决定理论,通过对两个时点收集的员工问卷数据进行研究分析,考察了伦理型领导与员工主动性行为之间的关系及其边界条件。研究结果表明:伦理型领导与员工主动性行为显著正相关;相对于高感知的层次型组织文化,当员工感知的组织文化层次性较低时,伦理型领导对员工主动性行为的作用更强;相对于低感知的沟通开放性,当员工感知的沟通开放性较高时,伦理型领导对员工主动性行为的作用更强。
Based on the self-determination theory(SDT),this study explored the relationship between ethical leadership and subordinates’proactive behavior,as well as discussed the boundary condition of this relationship.Through the regression analysis on time-lagged data of employees,the results showed that ethical leadership had a significantly positive influence on subordinates’proactive behavior.The influence of ethical leadership on subordinates’proactive behavior was stronger when the subordinates’perceived hierarchical culture was lower.The influence of ethical leadership on subordinates’proactive behavior was stronger when the subordinates’perceived communication openness was higher.
