摘要
基于社会认同理论,通过对湖南省和广东省12家企业员工的共521个样本的问卷调研,探究了中国情境下内外部企业社会责任对于员工的工作意义感的影响。研究结果表明,内外部企业社会责任都对员工的工作意义感有正向影响,其中,内部企业社会责任对员工的工作意义感的影响更为显著且强烈;组织支持感在内部企业社会责任与员工的工作意义感之间起部分中介作用,组织自豪感在外部企业社会责任与员工的工作意义感之间起完全中介作用;内外部企业社会责任的不一致(即外部企业社会责任大于内部企业社会责任)对员工的工作意义感具有负向影响。
Based on Social Identity Theory,this research explores the impact of internal and external CSR(corporate social responsibility)on employees’work meaningfulness in China by collecting the data from 521 employees from 12 enterprises in Hunan and Guangdong province.The results show that both internal and external CSR have a positive impact on employees’work meaningfulness,and the impact of internal CSR on employees’work meaningfulness is more significant and stronger.Besides,perceived organizational support is a partial mediator between internal CSR and work meaningfulness,while perceived organizational pride is a full mediator between external CSR and work meaningfulness.In addition,the inconsistency of internal and external CSR(external CSR>internal CSR)has a negative impact on employees’work meaningfulness.
