Social Mechanisms, Relationship Structures, and Community Network Knowledge Collaboration

以知识为纽带形成的社群已成为知识传播和创造的重要载体。利用计算实验方法,研究了知识社交机制、社群关系结构和社群知识协作之间的关系。研究发现:知识社交机制决定社群关系结构,进而影响社群知识协作。随机知识社交机制最利于社群知识存量和社群学习能力提高,流行知识社交机制最利于社群创新能力提高;社群关系分布的均匀性与社群知识存量、社群学习能力正相关,与社群创新能力负相关;在社群内部,个体关系广度与个体知识存量、个体学习能力正相关,与个体创新能力负相关。

Communities formed with knowledge as ties have become an important carrier of knowledge transmission and creation.This study explores the relationship among knowledge social mechanism,community relationship structure and community knowledge collaboration,using the methods of computational experimentation.The results show that social mechanisms determine the structure of community relationship,which in turn affects the community knowledge collaboration.The“random-knowledge-social-mechanism”is most conducive to the improvement of community’s knowledge stock and learning ability,and the“popular-knowledge-social-mechanism”is most conducive to the improvement of community’s innovation ability.The uniformity of relationship distribution is positively related to the community’s knowledge stock and learning ability,and negatively related to the community’s innovation ability.Within the community,the breadth of individual relationships is positively related to an individual’s knowledge stocks and learning abilities,and negatively related to an individual’s innovation abilities.
