论“一带一路”视域下中蒙俄边疆城市共同体建设

On community building in border cities of China,Mongolia and Russia from the perspective of “One Belt And One Road”

中蒙俄经济走廊是"一带一路"建设的六大建设支线之一,为进一步深化三国边疆城市的合作而展开中蒙俄边疆城市共同体建设的研究。以中蒙俄边疆城市共同体的建设重要性与必要性为切入点,融合国内外理论成果与实践经验,提供建设边疆城市共同体的策略与建议,综合提升中蒙俄国家间的城市合作水平、公共危机应对能力,实现长足发展。

The China-Mongolia-Russia economic corridor is one of the six construction branches of"One Belt And One Road".In the aim of further deepen the cooperation among border cities of the China,Mongolia and Russia,this paper takes the significance and necessity of the construction of the community as the starting point,and then integrates the theoretical achievements and practical experience to provide the strategies and suggestions for the establishment of border city community.These strategies are conducive to comprehensively improving the level of city cooperation and public crisis response capacity between China,Mongolia and Russia and then achieving the long-term development.
