摘要
由于机载航电设备测试性、维护性设计的原因,在系统使用过程中出现了大量隐蔽性、系统性的故障,无法由系统自带的自检(BIT)监控到。针对这样的情况,提出了基于深度检测的航电设备监控方法,通过合理确定监控参数,利用模糊综合评判法与层次分析法相结合的方法,对参数选择是否合理进行判断。在此基础上,构建了在原位、系统性原则下的关键参数的外场测试方法。经过试点的实践表明,该方法可有效弥补系统测试性的不足,提高了任务成功率和设备完好率。
Because of the testability and maintenance design of airborne avionics,there are a lot of hidden and systematic faults in the process of using the system,which cannot be monitored by BIT(Built-In Test).In view of this situation,an avionics monitoring method based on depth detection is proposed.By reasonably determining the monitoring parameters and combining the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method with the analytic hierarchy process,the rationality of parameter selection was judged.On this basis,the field test method of key parameters under the principle of non-displacement and systematicness was constructed.The practice of the pilot shows that the method can effectively make up for the lack of system testability,and improve the task success rate and equipment integrity rate.
