航空设备电源电流冲击防护设计及分析

摘要 针对航空设备在上电启动过程中,常常会发生电流过冲现象,而不能很好地满足GJB-181B规定的设计要求这一问题,结合航空电气设备工作电源使用要求,分析了现有典型电源电路的设计缺陷和不足,给出一种简单、实用的电源启动电流冲击抑制保护电路。通过试验,证实了所设计的电路具有启动电流稳定、可靠性高等特点,有效解决了航空设备电源启动过程电流冲击问题。该方法也可以广泛应用于其他领域设备工作电源的设计中,具有重大的工程应用价值。 The current overshoot phenomenon often occurs in the process of power-on and start-up of aviation equipment,which cannot meet the design requirements specified by GJB-181B.In order to better solve this problem,the design defects and shortcomings of the existing typical power supply circuit are analyzed in combination with the requirements of the working power supply of aeronautical electrical equipment,and a simple and practical protection circuit for power supply starting current shock suppression is given.Simulation analysis and test verification show that the designed circuit has the characteristics of stable starting current and high reliability,which effectively solves the current shock problem in the start-up process of aviation equipment power supply.This method can also be widely used in the design of equipment working power supplies in other fields,and has great engineering application value.
