摘要 目的探索CBL+理论与实验整合的教学法在《基础护理学》中的应用初探。方法通过自制问卷对我院2017级本科护理学专业学生随机抽取一班学生40名,开展CBL+理论与实验整合的教学并进行效果评价。结果学生认为CBL+理论与实验整合的教学法在《基础护理学》的应用缩短理论遗忘时间,能增加学生的学习兴趣、提高学生自学能力、促进理论与实践有机结合,减少挫败感,且自我评价良好。结论CBL+理论与实验整合的教学方法使学生在学习中理论与实验紧密的衔接,二者相互促进,有效提高教学效果,同时培养学生的综合能力以及为培养实用型临床护理人员奠定基础,值得推广。 Objective To explore the application of CBL+theory and experiment integrated teaching method in basic nursing.Methods A selfdesigned questionnaire was used to randomly select 40 students from a class of nursing undergraduates in our college in 2017.The teaching of CBL+theory and experiment was carried out and the effect was evaluated.Results The students think that the application of CBL+theory and experiment integrated teaching method in basic nursing can shorten the time of theoretical forgetting,increase students'interest in learning,improve students'self-learning ability,promote the organic combination of theory and practice,reduce frustration,and have a good self-evaluation.Conclusion CBL+theory and experiment integrated teaching method makes students connect theory and experiment closely in their study.They promote each other,effectively improve the teaching effect,cultivate students'comprehensive ability and lay a foundation for training practical clinical nurses,which is worth promoting.
