陕西暨西安区域文化产品供给升级路径探析 被引量:1

摘要 陕西暨西安区域文化产品供给,还难以满足广大人民群众的需求,这既有总量不能满足的问题,也有质量难以如意的问题。文化产品供给优化升级,既符合文化兴国强国的战略要求,也符合深化文化体制改革的要求,更与新时代人民对美好生活的期待不谋而合。必须立足实际,努力形成多方供给有序竞争的文化服务社会化格局,开发以市场为导向、覆盖面广的多层次文化产品,把握文化需求培养和引导大众文化消费,以创新驱动增强各类文化企业竞相发展活力和实力,以移动互联网新技术的运用为依托培育新兴文化业态,建立全产业链专业化人才培养选用机制,推动文化产品供给全面优化升级。 The supply of cultural products in Shaanxi and Xi’an is still difficult to meet the needs of people,which has the problem that the total quantity cannot be met and the quality is not satisfactory.The optimization and upgrading of the supply of cultural products not only meets the strategic requirements of rejuvenating the country and strengthening the country through culture,but also meets the requirements of deepening the reform of the cultural system,and even coincides with the people’s expectation for a better life in the new era.We must base ourselves on reality,strive to form a socialized pattern of cultural services with orderly competition from multiple sources,establish market-oriented multi-level cultural products with wide coverage,cultivate and guide mass cultural consumption by grasping cultural needs,enhance the vitality and strength of competing development of various cultural enterprises driven by innovation,cultivate new cultural formats based on the application of new technologies of mobile Internet,establish a mechanism for training and selecting specialized talents in the whole industry chain,and promote the overall optimization and upgrading of cultural product supply.
