摘要
经典MHCⅠ类分子是在免疫系统中被发现并发挥重要作用的免疫蛋白。既往研究认为中枢神经系统是免疫豁免区。在正常生理条件下,神经细胞不表达经典MHCⅠ类分子。然而近年来发现其不仅在中枢神经系统中呈时空特异性表达并调节大脑发育和突触可塑性,且在众多神经系统疾病中异常表达并发挥一定作用。本文就经典MHCⅠ类分子在神经系统中功能的研究进展进行综述,以期全面理解MHCⅠ类分子在神经系统中的作用。
Classical MHC classⅠmolecules are immune proteins found in the immune system and play important roles.Previous studies have suggested that the central nervous system is an immune privileged area.The neurons do not express classical MHC classⅠmolecules under normal physiological conditions.In recent years,however,it has been found that MHC classⅠare not only spatiotemporally expressed in the fetal brain but also regulate synaptic plasticity during the developing central nervous system.Inappropriate elevated neuronal MHC classⅠexpression could have neurological consequences in some pathological conditions.In this review,we will focus on the progress of classical MHC classⅠfunction in the nervous system in order to fully understand the roles of MHC classⅠin the nervous system.
