摘要
目的科教结合,创新培养医科大学本科生科研实验动手能力;探索“大学生创新性实验项目”在公共科研实验平台组织与实施的长效机制。方法依托校级公共科研实验平台,开设本科生选修课《大学生科研训练理论与实践》,对医科大学本科生,进行相关实验基础理论、实验技能和课题设计及论文撰写培训;随机抽取105名对学生进行问卷调查与部分老师同学的个人访谈与追踪调查。结果合计96.97%的学生认为课程内容与自身需求符合,课程具有实用价值。97.98%的学生认为课程内容对将来研究生学习有帮助;95.96%的学生认为课程内容为临床学科的学习奠定良好基础;94.95%的学生认为课程内容有助于医学基础知识学习和掌握。合计47.47%的学生认为本课程对大创项目的创新意识有帮助;合计23.23%的学生认为本课程对大创项目的申请流程有帮助;合计29.29%的学生认为本课程对大创项目的实验仪器操作有帮助。合计62.63%的学生愿意申请大学生创新性实验项目(P<0.05)。结论该课程依托校级公共科研实验平台的创新培养模式为本科生申请“大学生创新性实验项目”提供了理论与实践方法指导;提高了医科大学本科生运用科研基本方法解决实际问题的能力。
Objective On combining scientific research with teaching,to cultivate medical university undergraduates'practical ability of scientific research experiment,and explore the long-term mechanism of the organization and implementation of"College Students'innovative experimental project"on the public scientific research experimental platform.Methods(1)By relying on the public scientific research experimental platform,the elective course"Theory and Practice of Scientific Research Training for College Students"was set up to train medical university undergraduates in the basic experimental theory,experimental skills,topic design and thesis writing.(2)105 students were randomly selected for questionnaire survey and some teachers and students were interviewed and followed up.Results According to the statistics,96.97%of the students thought that the course content was in line with their own needs,and the course had practical value.97.98%of the students thought that the course content was helpful for the future postgraduate study;95.96% of the students thought that the course content laid a good foundation for the study of clinical disciplines;94.95% of the students thought that the course content was conducive to the learning and mastering of basic medical knowledge. 47.47% of the students thoought that the course was helpful to the project innovation consciousness;23.23% of the students thought that the course was helpful to the project application process;29.29% of the students thought that the course was helpful to the project operation of the experimental instruments. 62.63% of the students were willing to apply for the innovative experimental project. Conclusion By relying on the university-level public scientific research experimental platform, the course provides the theoretical and practical guidance for undergraduates to apply for innovative experimental projects of undergraduates,and improves the ability of medical undergraduates to solve practical problems by using basic scientific research methods.
