深层曝气法工艺处理番茄酱生产废水的效能

摘要 为评价番茄酱生产废水处理主流工艺—活性污泥法深层曝气工艺的效能,对工程调控后的番茄酱与糖业联建的污水进出水SS、COD、BOD5、TN、氨氮、TP指标进行连续检测,出水达到国家污水综合排放一级B标准;平均去除率分别为93.8%、96.8%、97.2%、70.4%、79.3%、85.4%,运行费用0.72元/(m3废水)。研究表明,出水稳定、能效高,抗冲击负荷能力强。若进行废水源头污染物减量和后续运行潜力挖掘替代工艺提标改造,即能满足达标、提质和节约建设资金的目的。 In order to evaluate the effectiveness of deep aeration process by activated sludge process,main process of wastewater treatment for tomato sauce production,continuous testing of influent and effluent SS,COD,BOD5,TN,ammonia nitrogen,TP was conducted on the sewage project jointly constructed by tomato sauce and sugar industry after project regulation and their changes of incoming and outgoing water.Effluent could reach first grade B criteria of the national sewage comprehensive discharge.Average removal rate were 93.8%,96.8%,97.2%,70.4%,79.3%,85.4%,and the operating cost was 0.72 yuan/(m3 wastewater).Results showed that effluent was stable with high energy efficiency and strong impact load resistance.For wastewater source pollutant reduction and upgrading of subsequent operation potential mining alternative process,it could meet the standard,improve the quality and save construction funds.
