海绵城市视角下城市水资源利用体系构建

Construction of Urban Water Resources Utilization System under the Perspective of Sponge City

水资源短缺是制约我国经济社会发展的因素之一。目前,部分地区存在地下水超采、水质性缺水、本地水源匮乏、水资源供给需求增加等问题,需要寻找水资源利用的新模式。海绵城市作为城市发展的新模式,对水资源领域提出了相应的规划建设要求。文中以深圳南山区这一中心城区为例,以问题和目标为导向,按照海绵城市理念对水资源问题和需求进行梳理,从常规水资源利用、非常规水资源利用两个维度分别进行阐述和剖析。以再生水利用和雨水利用为例,初步探索了非常规水资源的利用模式,以期为其他同类型项目提供参考。

Shortage of water resources is one of the restriction factors for the economic and social development of our country.At present,there are some problems in some areas,such as overexploitation of groundwater,scarcity of clean water,shortage of local water sources,increased demand of water resources supplying and so on.It is necessary to find a new mode of water resources utilization.As a new model of urban development,sponge city puts forward the corresponding planning and construction requirements for the field of water resources.The paper takes the central city of Nanshan District of Shenzhen City as an example,Guided by problems and goals,two dimensions,conventional water resources utilization and unconventional water resources utilization,are expounded and analyzed according to the concept of sponge city with the combination of problems and needs of water resources.Through the utilization of reclaimed water and rain water as examples,utilization mode of unconventional water resources is also explored in order to provide reference for other projects of the same type.
