摘要
大型水利水电工程金属结构设备制造、安装过程复杂,精度要求高,且由于施工现场条件变化,很难在设计阶段完全论证全面。介绍了夹岩水利枢纽工程泄洪洞金属结构设备初设、技施及制安过程,从设计角度论证了各项技术难点以及处理措施。针对安装过程中边界条件发生变化,引起安装方案调整问题,结合工期要求,经现场技术经济比选,确定了增设1286.88 m临时吊装平台方案。实践表明,调整后的方案可保证泄洪洞土建与金属结构安装工作同时进行,确保安装工作按时完成。
The manufacturing and installing process of metal structure equipment of large-scale hydropower proj⁃ects can not be fully demonstrated in the design stage due to complexity,high accuracy requirement and in-site condition variation.The initial design,technical construction design,manufacturing and installing process of metal structure of spillway tunnel of the Jiayan Hydro-complex Project were introduced and the difficulties are demon⁃strated in terms of the design and the treatment measures were provided.According to the changed boundary condi⁃tions in the installing process,the installing scheme was adjusted.The temporary lifting platform at EL 1286.88 m was added by considering the schedule and comparing the technical and economical factors in site.The practice showed that the adjusted scheme ensured that the spillway construction and metal structure installment were con⁃ducted at the same time,which met the schedule requirement.
