夹岩水利枢纽工程料场交通洞塌方处理施工技术

摘要 夹岩水利枢纽工程料场交通洞长度长,洞径断面大,地质情况差,易发生塌方。为防止发生因塌方造成的安全事故,现场采用了工字钢拱架、石渣回填、C20混凝土回填、C20喷射混凝土,二期衬砌土,顶部喷砂、固结灌浆等支护方式。该支护方式在保证质量的前提下,提高了工作效率、加快了施工进度、降低了施工成本,为料场交通洞按时贯通提供有利的施工条件。该工程塌方处理经验可为类似施工处理提供一定参考。 The traffic tunnel to the material stockyard of the Jiayan Hydro-complex Project is characterized by long in length,large-diameter cross-section,poor geological conditions,prone to landsliding.In order to prevent acci⁃dents caused by landslide,retaining measures were adopted on site,including steel I arch frame erecting,ballasts backfilling,C20 concrete backfilling,C20 concrete spraying,phase II lining soil,crest sand blasting and consoli⁃dation grouting.Installing retaining structures can not only ensure the work quality,but also can improve work effi⁃ciency,speed up construction process,and reduce construction costs,thus providing favorable conditions for the timely completion of the traffic tunnel.Key technologies for landslide treatment are introduced in detail,which can provide reference for similar projects.
