摘要
以夹岩水利枢纽工程西溪河管桥为例,设计并实施了钢拱架预压方案,通过全过程跟踪监测预压阶段的拱架变形和应力变化情况,并与仿真模拟计算成果进行对比,全面分析了钢拱架的稳定性。针对预压出现的横向偏位问题,提出了科学合理的工程处理措施,确保了在主拱圈第一环混凝土浇筑期间,钢拱架轴线偏位始终处于规范限值内,为后续施工安全奠定了良好基础。分析成果可为类似工程提供参考。
Taking Xixi River pipeline bridge,a part of the Jiayan Hydro Complex Project,as example,we put for⁃ward and implemented a preloading scheme for steel arch frame,monitored the arch deformation and stress varia⁃tions in the preloading stage,compared the monitored results with the simulation results,and thoroughly analyzed the stability of the steel arch frame.In view of large lateral deviation during preloading,scientific and reliable engi⁃neering measures were proposed and adopted,and the axis deviation of the steel arch was ensured always within the specified limits during the concrete placement for the first ring of the main arch.The analyses laid foundation for the subsequent construction,and the results can provide reference for other similar projects.
