摘要
免疫细胞的分化和功能受多种因素调控,长链非编码RNA(LncRNA)是免疫系统的重要调控者。研究表明LncRNA分子具有较高的谱系特异性并调控免疫细胞的分化和功能,多数LncRNA分子需要与RNA结合蛋白(RBP)结合并通过多种方式发挥调节功能。为更好地总结LncRNA分子与RBP在免疫细胞发育、分化及效应功能中的研究进展,本文从LncRNA分子与RBP的发展趋势、RBP属性分类和两者免疫调节作用3方面梳理了2010年以来LncRNA分子与RBP在免疫细胞中的研究进展进行综述。
Differentiation and function of immune cells are regulated by many factors,and LncRNA is an important regulator of immune system.Studies have shown that LncRNA has a high lineage-specific pattern and regulate differentiation and function of immune cells,the majority regulates immune system by combining with RBP.In order to summarize research progresses of LncRNA and RBP in development,differentiation and effector function of immune cells,we reviewed research progresses of LncRNA and RBP in immune cells since 2010 in three aspects:development trend of LncRNA and RBP,attributeclassification of RBPs and immune regulatory functions they play.
