教育资源配置与城市化进程的特征分析及驱动路径探讨——以山东省为例 被引量:1

摘要 在分析教育资源配置与城市化特征的基础上,找出教育资源配置对城市化进程的多条驱动路径,为提升中国城市化水平和质量增添动力.首先,采用因子分析法将教育资源配置的测量变量分类嵌入外生潜变量;其次,采用核密度估计分析了城市化动态演化特征,同时用曲线拟合法求得教育资源与城镇人口基尼系数;最后构建了教育资源配置与城市化进程的结构方程模型(SEM).研究结果表明,山东省整体城市化水平正在不断提高,教育资源配置情况较为公平;教育资源配置通过教育资源投入、教育资源环境、教育资源能力三条路径对推动城市化进程有正向驱动作用.最后为加快城市化进程提出相关建议. This paper discusses the ways that educational resources can drive the urbanization process by analyzing the characteristics of educational resource allocation and urbanization,soas to enhance the level and quality of urbanization in China.Firstly,factor analysis is carried out on the measurement variables of educational resource allocation.Seconclly,the characteristics of the dynamic evolution of urbanization are analyzed by kernel density estimation,and the Gini coefficient of educational resources and urban population is obtained by curve fitting method.Finally,the structural equation model(SEM)of educational resource allocation and urbanization process is constructed.The results show that the overall urbanization level of Shanclong province is constantly improving,and the allocation of educational resources is fair.Educational resources play a positive role in promoting the urbanization process through the three paths of educational resource input,educational resource environment and educational resource capacity.Finally,some Suggestions are put forward for speeding up the process of urbanization.
