为了提高离岸软件外包服务发包商与承包商在软件外包交易上的匹配成功率,需要考虑心理因素的多时点决策目标,设计离岸软件外包双边匹配推荐模型.在获取现实中离岸软件外包匹配双方的多时点指标信息基础上,依据匹配双方主体给出的期望值与多时期融合指标值,利用前景理论计算指标的前景值,进一步采用线性加权算法获得综合前景值,设计和求解基于综合前景值的双边匹配多目标决策模型。最后,引入实际案例研究,验证了所构建的考虑心理因素的多时点目标双边匹配推荐模型实际效果和用途.

In order to improve the matching success rate of offshore software outsourcing service providers and contractors in software outsourcing transactions,it is necessary to design a two-sided matching recommendation model for offshore software outsourcing based on the multi-point decision target considering psychological factors.In acquiring the reality of offshore software outsourcing match on both sides of the point index on the basis of information,according to the matching both the main body of expectations and multiple times fusion parameter values,prospect theory is used to calculate the index values,the prospect of further using linear weighted algorithm to obtain comprehensive prospect value,design and calculation based on the comprehensive prospect value of bilateral matching multi-objective decision-making model.Finally,a practical case study is introduced to verify the practical effect and application of the proposed multi-point objective two-sided matching recommendation model with psychological factors.
