基于“理性经济人”视角的农村集体资产股份权能改革影响因素研究

Study on the Influencing Factors of Rural Collective Asset Share Power Reform Based on the Perspective of"Rational Economic Man"

为检验闽侯县在农村集体资产股份权能改革后,村股份经济合作社股东对改革的支持程度,通过对闽侯县甘蔗街道和上街镇14个首批试点村的实地调查,采用有序多分类Logit回归模型,使用SPSS统计分析软件对改革的影响因素进行了计量分析。研究结果表明,股东收入水平、效用损益、决策方式以及信息公开程度等因素均与股东的角色定位呈显著正向相关,股东的收入水平越高,决策方式越公正,信息公开力度越大,股东对股份权能改革就越支持,改革就越顺利。提出了先从经济发展水平较高的村镇开始试点推行改革,加强农村集体资产的运营管理,充分利用当前成熟的互联网技术创新信息公开渠道等建议。

In order to examine how much the shareholders of joint-stock cooperative owed by village enterprise sector support the reform of the shareholding system for rural collective assets in Minhou County,the Ordinal Logistic Regression Model and SPSS were used to analyze the influence factors of the reform,based on the field studies for 14 first batch of experimental villages in Ganzhe Street and Shangjie Town of Minhou County.Regression results indicate that the income level of shareholders,shareholders'profit and loss from the reform of the shareholding system for rural collective assets,approach of decision-making in joint-stock cooperative owed by village enterprise sector and the level of information disclosure are positively and significantly correlated with the attitude of shareholders about the reform.As such,higher income level of shareholders,more impartial decision-making and more available information provided by disclosure indicate that shareholders tend to advocate the reform,which provides support for advancing the reform.Some Suggestions are put forward,such as starting from the villages and towns with higher economic development level to pilot the reform,strengthening the operation and management of rural collective assets,and making full use of the current mature channels of Internet technology innovation information disclosure.
