“职校教师+AI Teacher+企业导师”三方协同育人策略研究

Study on the Tripartite Cooperative Education Strategy of"Vocational Teachers+AI Teacher+Enterprise Tutor"

人工智能技术的发展,动摇了人们对教育的传统理解、判断和价值追求。与职业教育的融合,对教师职业悄然形成了一种“替代与否”的逼问之势,教师面临着教学场域转变、地位转变、教学手段转变和专业发展转变等一系列危机,面临着工作强度降低、教学形式丰富和教学管理提升等一系列机遇。为实现技术服务于教育的目的,研究提出了“职校教师+AI Teacher+企业导师”三方协同育人策略,形成了“人—机”协同育人的职业教育教学新形态。为消除协同育人策略理论与实践之间的壁垒,实施过程中教师应从转变观念、提升信息化能力、适切使用人工智能技术以及正视技术的伦理安全四个方面进行改变。

The development of artificial intelligence technology has changed people's traditional understanding,judgment and value pursuit of education.The integration of vocational education and vocational education has quietly formed a trend of"substitution or not".Teachers are faced with a series of crises,such as the transformation of teaching field,status,teaching means and professional development,as well as a series of opportunities such as the reduction of work intensity,the enrichment of teaching forms and the improvement of teaching management.In order to realize the purpose of technology serving education,this paper puts forward the"vocational teacher+AI teacher+enterprise tutor"tripartite collaborative education strategy,forming a new vocational education teaching form of"human machine"collaborative education.In order to eliminate the barriers between the theory and practice of collaborative education strategy,efforts should be made from four aspects:changing ideas,improving the ability of informatization,using artificial intelligence technology appropriately and facing up to the ethical safety of technology.
