湖南省地方高职园林技术人才供需匹配分析

Analysis of Matching between Talents Demand and Supply of Landscape Technology Major in Higher Vocational Colleges in Hunan Province

新时期乡村振兴战略的实施,导致社会对高职园林技术人才的数量需求大增,亦对人才的专业能力提出了新的要求。文章分别对湖南省园林技术人才的主要用人单位开展需求调查,对地方高职开展人才培养现状调查,并对两者关键信息进行匹配分析。结果表明,地方高职院校在人才培养面向区域、单位、培养内容等方面仍定位为城市和城市园林,与乡村振兴战略下社会对该专业的人才需求存在一定差异,匹配程度不高。根据以上结论,结合湖南省乡村振兴战略规划和地方高职办学现状,提出相应的人才培养改革建议。

The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in the new period has led to an increase in the number of landscape technicians in higher vocational colleges,and also put forward new requirements for the professional ability of talents.In this paper,the main employers of landscape technology talents in Hunan Province and the current situation of talent training in local higher vocational colleges were investigated,and the key information of the two was matched and analyzed.The results show that the local higher vocational colleges are still positioned in cities and urban gardens in terms of talent training oriented to regions,units and training contents,which is different from the social demand for talents in this major under the rural revitalization strategy,and the matching degree is not high.According to the conclusions,combined with the strategic planning of rural revitalization in Hunan and the current situation of local higher vocational schools,this paper puts forward some suggestions on talents training reform.
