摘要
卷烟工业上降低卷烟焦油量和烟气中的有害成分是卷烟的发展趋势。降焦减害方法主要是使用复合滤棒。所谓复合滤棒是指滤嘴部分由两种或两种以上的不同材质的滤棒段组成。复合滤棒生产流程是以几种成品滤棒为原料,各自切割成一定长度的滤棒段,然后交替被送到供料带上,再由滤棒纸卷制成滤棒条,经切刀按一定长度切割后成为成品复合滤棒。设计所要完成的功能就是检测出滤棒段缝隙大小及切割位置的变化,如果滤棒段的缝隙过大或者切口不在滤棒段的中间位置,则输出控制信号通过伺服系统调整相应的机构,减小缝隙并保证切口位于滤棒段的中心位置。
The trend of cigarette industry is to reduce the amount of tar and harmful components in cigarette smoke.The main method of reducing coke and damage is to use composite filter rod.The so-called composite filter rod refers to that the filter part is composed of two or more filter rod sections of different materials.The production process of composite filter rod is to take several finished filter rods as raw materials,cut them into filter rod sections of a certain length,and then alternately send them to the feeding belt,and then make filter rod strips from filter rod paper rolls,and then cut them into finished composite filter rods according to a certain length by the cutter.The function of this design is to detect the change of the gap size and cutting position of the filter rod section.If the gap of the filter rod section is too large or the notch is not in the middle of the filter rod section,the output control signal adjusts the corresponding mechanism through the servo system to reduce the gap and ensure that the notch is in the center of the filter rod section.
