造纸自备电厂DCS控制器配置

摘要 造纸自备电厂主要用于满足厂内自身用电需求,规模一般不大,但各生产工艺系统与大机组类似。基于DCS的自备电厂控制系统,其控制原则应在参考大机组常用设计的基础上结合自身行业及规模特点进行选择,而作为DCS核心的控制器的配备对整个控制系统有着非常重要的意义。由自备电厂的生产工艺系统入手,讨论DCS控制器分配的总体适用原则,阐述自备电厂DCS控制系统架构,详细说明DCS控制器对各个控制系统的配置,分析其效果及可行性,以在满足自备电厂系统控制性能的基础上尽量节省投资,提高经济效益。 The captive power plant in paper mill is mainly used to meet the power demand of the paper mill itself,and its size is generally small,but each production process system is similar to the large unit.The control principle of the captive power plant control system based on DCS should be selected on the basis of reference to the common design of large units,combined with its own industry and size characteristics,and the configuration of the controller as the core of DCS is of great significance to the whole control system.Starting from the production process system of captive power plant.This paper discusses the general applicable principle of DCS controller distribution,expounds the DCS control system architecture of captive power plant,describes the configuration of DCS controller for each control system in detail,and analyzes its effect and feasibility,so as to save investment as much as possible and improve economic benefits on the basis of satisfying the control performance of captive power plant system.
