核心肌力训练联合太极拳运动对老年人骨密度及平衡功能的影响 被引量:6

Study on the Effect of Core Muscle Strength Training Combined with TaiChi on Bone Mineral Density and Balance Function of the Elderly

摘要 目的探讨规律性核心肌力训练联合太极拳运动对老年人腰椎(L1-4)骨密度(bone mineral density,BMD)及平衡功能的影响。方法收集192例无长期运动史和运动习惯的60岁以上老年人,按随机数字表法分为太极拳组(50例)、核心肌力训练组(47例)、核心肌力训练联合太极拳组(50例)、对照组(45例)。对照组不训练,其余3组连续进行6个月太极拳(每周>4次)、核心肌力训练、核心肌力训练联合太极拳运动干预,记录运动干预前及干预3个月、6个月后的老年人腰椎(L1-4)BMD、Berg平衡量表评分。结果核心肌力训练联合太极拳组、太极拳组、核心肌力训练组运动前后腰椎BMD、Berg平衡量表评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或<0.01);四组运动6个月后患者腰椎BMD差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);核心肌力训练联合太极拳组运动6个月腰椎BMD、Berg平衡量表评分均高于运动3个月(P<0.05)。运动6个月后,各组Berg平衡量表评分均高于对照组(P均<0.01)。结论核心肌力或太极拳单一或联合训练均可以改善老年人腰椎骨密度和平衡功能。 Objective To explore the effect of regular core muscle strength training combined with TaiChi exercise on bone mineral density(BMD)and balance function of lumbar spine(L1-4)in the elderly. Methods A total of 192 elderly people over 60 years old without long-term sports history and exercise habits were randomly divided into TaiChi(50 people),core strength training group(47 people),and core muscle strength combined TaiChi group(50 People),control group(45 people). The control group was not trained,the other three groups were given TaiC h(imore than 4 times a week),core muscle strength training,core muscle strength training combined with TaiChi exercise intervention for 6 months. Results There were statistically significant differences in BMD and Berg scores before and after training in the core muscle strength combined with TaiChi,TaiChi group and core muscle strength training group(P<0.05 or 0.01).The BMD of lumbar spine in the group of core muscle strength combined with TaiChi for 6 months was higher than that in the same group for 3 months(P<0.05). After six months of training,the Berg score of each group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significan(tP<0.01). Conclusion The core muscle strength training combined with TaiChi,TaiChi and core muscle strength training can improve the lumbar BMD and balance function of the elderly.
