摘要
当前我国经济发展迅速,经济全球化趋势也变得十分明显,这导致人力资源管理模式发生了很大变化。现代人力资源管理与传统的人事管理是两种不同的人才管理模式,两者具有很大的差别,在管理内容和内涵上都有明显不同,论文对此问题展开分析探讨。
At present,China’s economy is developing rapidly,and the trend of economic globalization has become very obvious,which leads to great changes in the mode of human resources management.Modern human resources management and traditional personnel management are two different modes of talent management.They are very different from each other in terms of management content and connotation.This paper analyzes and discusses this issue.
