摘要
在事业单位运行的过程中,人力资源管理工作发挥着不可替代的作用。事业单位在开展人力资源管理工作的过程中,激励机制是一种重要的管理手段。如果能够合理地运用激励机制,不但能够有效地调动员工的工作积极性,还能够对人力资源进行更加合理的配置,从而保障事业单位的稳定运行。论文就事业单位人力资源管理中激励机制的重要意义进行了相关的阐述与分析。
In the operation process of public institutions,human resources management work plays an irreplaceable role.In the process of carrying out human resources management work in public institutions,incentive mechanism is an important management method.If public institutions can reasonably use the incentive mechanism,it can not only effectively mobilize the work enthusiasm of employees,but also make more reasonable allocation of human resources,so as to ensure the stable operation of public institutions.This paper expounds and analyzes the great significance of incentive mechanism in human resources management of public institutions.
