摘要
峰谷分时电价作为一种有效的需求侧管理手段,通过价格信号,促使用户主动采取合理的用电方式和用电结构,将高峰用电负荷转移到低谷时段,达到"削峰填谷"的目的。其实施效果不仅依赖于合适的定价机制,还要借助于科学的峰谷时段划分。论文通过对现有的峰谷电价时段划分方法进行归纳综述,总结其基本原理、优缺点和应用情况等。同时对其方法比较分析表明,在用户响应度等相关数据易获取的情况下,基于用户需求响应的峰谷时段划分方法,能够更好地反映出用户用电的时间差异,也能有效地通过价格机制引导用户合理安排用电。该方法弥补了其他方法的不足,能够根据用户需求响应实际,适时调整时段划分区间,以向用户传递合理的激励信号。
As an effective demand side management method,peak-valley time-of-use tariff makes consumers to take the initiative to adopt reasonable power consumption patterns and power consumption structures through the price signals,and transfers peak power consumption to low-valley periods,to achieve the goal of"peak cutting and valley filling".The implementation effect not only depends on the appropriate pricing mechanism,but also depends on the scientific peak and valley time division.This paper summarizes the existing time division methods of peak-valley price,and summarizes their basic principles,advantages,disadvantages and applications.At the same time,the comparative analysis of the methods shows that the peak-valley time division method based on the user demand response can better reflect the time difference of the user’s electricity consumption when the related data such as the user response degree are easily obtained,and can also effectively guide the users to arrange the electricity consumption reasonably through the price mechanism.This method makes up for the deficiency of other methods.It can divide the interval according to the actual demand response of users,and send reasonable incentive signals to users.
